Just want to second Sean's comments. Don't know if the product works, but the return policy definitely doesn't. Called yesterday and the company refused to issue a Return Authorization Number or credit for the product because they say their processors were down. Their suggestion was to file a dispute with my credit card company and keep the product. However, my credit card company says that if I keep the product, then Folliguard gets to keep my money i.e. the dispute will be resolved in their favor. This all seems very fishy to me. Will try to return the product again next week. In the mean time, be aware that there does not appear to be an effective way to get your $279 back. Also, on the phone, they will tell you that you're going to get some other coupons which you will not get and they will process your credit card transaction long before they ship the product - in my case 4 weeks. I highly recommend that you seek another source for your minoxidil.
